By using sunnysays, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use sunnysays on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the usage rules of the App Store you got it from.

Tips

Tips in the Mac app are optional one-time purchases processed by Apple. They unlock nothing and do not create a subscription. Purchases are subject to Apple’s terms, payment rules and refund processes.

Sunny, its lines and its sounds

The character, its lines, its sounds and the app’s artwork are ours. Please don’t copy them into other products.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the app pleasant and reliable, but provide it on an “as is” basis and do not promise that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
